The Graduate Trainee will work closely with experienced professionals to gain practical knowledge, build core competencies, and support daily operations. This role is perfect for proactive, curious, and growth-minded individuals ready to launch a strong career path.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in training and development sessions.

  • Support daily departmental operations and complete assigned tasks efficiently.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational objectives.

  • Build competency in assigned roles while adapting to different work environments.

  • Conduct research, prepare reports, and assist in problem-solving initiatives.

  • Demonstrate readiness to grow and take on additional responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND in any related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a professional setting.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.

  • Basic computer literacy (added advantage).

Program Information

  • Location: Lagos / Ibadan / Osogbo

  • Salary Range: ₦120,000 – ₦250,000 (Based on performance, skill level, and departmental placement)
