Available Entry-Level Roles at Delans Group

1. Administration

Assist with office operations, staff coordination, record management, documentation, and daily administrative tasks to keep workflows running smoothly.

2. Business / Finance

Support financial and business operations, assist in budget preparation, reconcile accounts, conduct market research, and contribute to business strategy activities.

3. Human Resources (HR)

Work with the HR team to support recruitment processes, manage employee records, assist with induction and training programs, and contribute to employee relations activities.

4. Public Health

Assist in implementing health programs, support community outreach, contribute to field activities, and help collect and prepare health-related data.

Requirements

  • OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any field from a recognized institution

  • No previous work experience required (entry-level role)

  • Good communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Strong organizational abilities and professionalism

Benefits

  • Salary Range: ₦120,000 – ₦250,000 monthly
