Hydropet Oil Services Limited is a wholly indigenous energy company established in 2011 and recognized today as one of the leading players in Nigeria’s oil and gas sector. We specialize in the marketing and distribution of petroleum products, including Petrol (PMS), Diesel (AGO), Kerosene (DPK), and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), serving both retail customers and large-scale industrial users. As we continue to expand our operations and strengthen our presence across the value chain, Hydropet Oil Services Ltd is inviting passionate, motivated, and career-driven individuals to join our team as Management Trainees.

About the Management Trainee Program

This program is designed to equip high-potential individuals with hands-on experience, structured professional development, and the leadership skills required to thrive in managerial roles within our organization. Trainees will gain exposure to core business functions, operational processes, and industry-leading practices that drive excellence in the oil and gas industry.

Requirements

  • BSc/HND in any discipline

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • High level of integrity, discipline, and attention to detail

  • Must be a resident of Port Harcourt
