M+Azeezco International Limited is a leading Nigerian farm-produce export and logistics company with over 25 years of industry experience. Operating from Lagos, we export top-quality agricultural products—including cocoa beans, cashew nuts, sesame seeds, and soybeans—to clients across the globe.

About the Role

We are seeking Trainee Quality Support Officers to join our quality assurance and warehouse operations team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals passionate about food quality, agriculture, or supply chain management and eager to learn on the job.

As a Trainee Quality Support Officer, you will support quality checks, warehouse processes, and compliance activities within our cocoa beans and cashew nuts warehouse. You will work closely with the quality and warehouse teams to maintain product standards and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with sampling, inspection, grading, and quality assessment of cocoa beans.

  • Support daily quality control operations and maintain accurate documentation.

  • Monitor warehouse hygiene, storage conditions, and safety procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards (GMP, HACCP).

  • Collaborate with quality and warehouse teams to identify and resolve issues.

Requirements

  • ND holder, SIWES/Industrial Training experience, Internship experience, or a sound high school graduate.

  • Prior exposure to cocoa or cashew processing is an added advantage.

  • Courses or background in Food Science, Agriculture, Laboratory Technology, etc., are a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.

  • Good communication skills and basic numeracy.

  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment (standing, lifting, PPE usage).
