About the Program

The Olam Agri Engineering Graduate Trainee Program is designed to equip young engineering graduates with hands-on technical experience, professional development, and exposure to real-world industrial operations. Successful candidates will undergo structured training and rotational assignments across various engineering functions within Olam Agri’s facilities.

This program is ideal for ambitious graduates seeking long-term careers in manufacturing, process engineering, plant operations, and industrial systems.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Qualification:
    HND, B.Eng, or B.Tech in:

    • Mechanical Engineering

    • Mechatronics Engineering

    • Electrical Engineering

    • Chemical Engineering

  • Minimum Academic Standing:

    • Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) for university graduates

    • Lower Credit for HND graduates

  • Additional Requirements:

    • NYSC Certificate (mandatory)

    • Knowledge of AutoCAD or Automation (added advantage — academic knowledge acceptable)

    • Maximum age: 27 years

    • Willingness and flexibility to work in any location across Nigeria
