Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to employees through effective communication and feedback.

  • Coordinate employee information sessions on HR and employment policies.

  • Support managers in using HR tools, systems, and processes.

  • Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives.

  • Organize internal and external recruitment and training activities.

  • Support internal team-building events and local community programs.

  • Maintain an understanding of HR best practices and business needs.

  • Participate in HR improvement projects for better employee experience.

  • Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Social Sciences, Management, or related fields.

  • 0–2 years experience — recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

  • Must have completed NYSC.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

  • Fast learner with strong initiative.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
