The Client Growth Executive will play a key role in driving revenue, building strong client relationships, and promoting the studio’s brand through exceptional service. The ideal candidate is smart, proactive, persuasive, goal-driven, and committed to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and communicate market trends through timely feedback.

Support sales promotions and marketing campaigns in partnership with the marketing team.

Deliver excellent customer service while upholding brand standards.

Ensure strict adherence to company pricing policies and discount guidelines.

Manage and update the customer database regularly.

Professionally welcome and engage customers to ensure a positive showroom experience.

Follow up with existing clients to generate referrals and encourage repeat business.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in a similar sales or client-facing role.

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong team player.
