Client Growth Executive (Sales)

The Client Growth Executive will play a key role in driving revenue, building strong client relationships, and promoting the studio’s brand through exceptional service. The ideal candidate is smart, proactive, persuasive, goal-driven, and committed to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and communicate market trends through timely feedback.

  • Support sales promotions and marketing campaigns in partnership with the marketing team.

  • Deliver excellent customer service while upholding brand standards.

  • Ensure strict adherence to company pricing policies and discount guidelines.

  • Manage and update the customer database regularly.

  • Professionally welcome and engage customers to ensure a positive showroom experience.

  • Follow up with existing clients to generate referrals and encourage repeat business.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar sales or client-facing role.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong team player.
