A fast-growing agricultural supply chain startup supporting and managing poultry operations across multiple farms is hiring a Farm Operations Associate to coordinate daily farm activities and ensure seamless, efficient operations across sites.

Role Overview

The Farm Operations Associate will work across various poultry locations, providing field support, ensuring operational alignment, and maintaining effective communication with teams. The role involves routine visits, basic supervision, coordination, recordkeeping, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding of new poultry farm locations.

  • Conduct routine visits to assigned poultry sites.

  • Provide general operational support and basic oversight.

  • Maintain simple schedules and follow up on ongoing activities.

  • Record observations and prepare clear, concise reports.

  • Assist with coordination and communication across multiple farm sites.

  • Identify potential new poultry partners or expansion opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and updates.

Requirements

We seek a smart, driven, result-oriented individual eager to contribute to an ambitious and structured operational team.

  • B.Sc. or HND in Animal Science or a related field.

  • Good understanding of poultry production and hands-on experience with poultry or other livestock.

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Comfortable using digital tools for reporting and documentation.

  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in dynamic environments.
