The Enthusiast Grid LLC is seeking a Research Assistant to support ongoing research initiatives and help produce high-quality insights. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data and written information.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct literature reviews and desk research
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data
• Assist in preparing research reports, summaries, and presentations
• Support project coordination and documentation
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and completeness of all research outputs

Requirements
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Previous research experience is an added advantage
