Virtual Assistant Position
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate is efficient, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth workflows, timely communication, and consistent task execution across the team.
Key Responsibilities

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

Handle email and message correspondence with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Assist with document creation, editing, formatting, and filing.

Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and digital records accurately.

Support CRM data entry, updates, and simple task management.

Prepare reports, summaries, and follow-up documentation.

Address simple customer queries via email, chat, or phone (as needed).

Provide general administrative support to leadership and project teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3+ years’ experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Professional.

Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiarity with productivity tools (Trello, Asana, Notion, Slack).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.

High accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)

Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).

Ability to perform basic data entry, reporting, or bookkeeping tasks.

Previous customer support or client-facing experience.
Availability
We are looking for candidates who are:
