Virtual Assistant Position

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate is efficient, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth workflows, timely communication, and consistent task execution across the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

  • Handle email and message correspondence with clients, partners, and internal teams.

  • Assist with document creation, editing, formatting, and filing.

  • Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and digital records accurately.

  • Support CRM data entry, updates, and simple task management.

  • Prepare reports, summaries, and follow-up documentation.

  • Address simple customer queries via email, chat, or phone (as needed).

  • Provide general administrative support to leadership and project teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years’ experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Professional.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Familiarity with productivity tools (Trello, Asana, Notion, Slack).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.

  • High accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).

  • Ability to perform basic data entry, reporting, or bookkeeping tasks.

  • Previous customer support or client-facing experience.

Availability

We are looking for candidates who are:

  • Immediately available or able to start within 1–2 weeks

  • Comfortable working in flexible or fixed time zones, depending on team needs
