Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for NYSC members seeking a Primary Place of Assignment (PPA) in Abuja.

The role involves providing daily administrative support, customer service, and assisting with basic banking operations. NYSC members will gain hands-on experience in the financial services sector while contributing to the bank’s operations and expanding their professional skills and network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and office support to assigned departments

  • Assist with customer service and client relationship management

  • Support basic banking and operational processes

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities

  • Basic knowledge of customer service and interpersonal communication

  • Proficiency in standard office tools (word processing, spreadsheets, basic database applications)

  • Resourceful, adaptable, and able to work in a structured professional environment

  • Willingness and enthusiasm to learn and grow within the financial services industry

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution

  • Must be posted to Abuja for NYSC
