Brand & Corporate Communications Associate
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Work Mode: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day WFH)
Salary Range: ₦500,000 – ₦700,000
Role Overview
An investment banking firm is seeking a Brand and Corporate Communications Associate to strengthen its brand identity and corporate image. This role plays a critical part in shaping how the firm communicates internally and externally, ensuring all brand messaging aligns with strategic business objectives.
The ideal candidate will combine strong storytelling ability with strategic thinking, project management, and data-driven execution.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and execute brand and corporate communication strategies

Create compelling, brand-aligned content across multiple communication channels

Translate brand initiatives into clear, actionable communication plans

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership

Monitor content performance using analytics tools and apply insights to improve outcomes
Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in content, brand, or corporate communications roles

Proven experience supporting and executing brand initiatives

Strong understanding of brand principles, positioning, and storytelling

Data-driven mindset with experience using content analytics and performance metrics

Solid knowledge of stakeholder mapping and engagement

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

Innovative, creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities

Strong eye for design and visual aesthetics

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
