Location: Ikota, Lagos
Work Type: Full-Time (Hybrid)
Salary Range: ₦250,000 – ₦350,000
Role Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Support Officer to join our Services team. The role involves delivering prompt and professional support to customers, managing service desk tickets, resolving service-related issues in line with SLAs, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and service-related issues

Log, track, and resolve service desk tickets within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution

Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Support continuous service improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives
Requirements
-
Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in customer service, service desk, or technical support

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Basic understanding of IT systems and service desk tools

Highly customer-focused, organized, and able to work under pressure
-
ITIL knowledge is an added advantage
