Customer Service Support Officer

Location: Ikota, Lagos
Work Type: Full-Time (Hybrid)
Salary Range: ₦250,000 – ₦350,000

Role Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Support Officer to join our Services team. The role involves delivering prompt and professional support to customers, managing service desk tickets, resolving service-related issues in line with SLAs, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and service-related issues

  • Log, track, and resolve service desk tickets within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution

  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation

  • Support continuous service improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in customer service, service desk, or technical support

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • Basic understanding of IT systems and service desk tools

  • Highly customer-focused, organized, and able to work under pressure

  • ITIL knowledge is an added advantage
