Graduate Internship Program (2026)
Dataleum’s Graduate Internship Program is designed to provide hands-on experience, structured learning, and real-world exposure across key business functions. Interns will work closely with experienced professionals, contribute to impactful projects, and build a strong foundation for their careers.
Available Internship Tracks
Applicants may apply to only one of the following internship tracks, as multiple applications will lead to disqualification:
1.People & Culture Intern
Focuses on core HR functions, people operations, employee experience, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interviews, background checks, and onboarding
- Assist with employee benefits administration and documentation
- Support performance management processes and HR reporting
- Assist in organizing training, learning, and development programs
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR policy implementation
- Assist with compliance documentation and HR records management
2.Creative Communications Intern
Focuses on content creation, brand storytelling, digital engagement, and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, curate, and schedule content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, etc.)
- Monitor social channels, engage audiences, and track trends
- Support campaign planning for launches, events, and initiatives
- Assist with basic graphic, video, and written content development
- Track analytics and prepare engagement and performance reports
3. Customer Success Intern
Focuses on client engagement, customer satisfaction, and business growth support.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and support service pitching
- Assist with lead generation, client conversion, and referrals
- Monitor client engagement and usage metrics
- Support customer issue resolution and record management
- Assist with account monitoring and payment follow-ups
4. Operations Intern
Focuses on training operations, program coordination, and learning delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support development and updating of training materials and course content
- Coordinate online and in-person training sessions
- Support LMS management and learner progress tracking
- Collect and analyze participant feedback
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and operational coordination
5. Research, Strategy & Intelligence Intern
Focuses on research, data analysis, and strategic insight generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market, industry, and competitor research
- Support strategy formulation and business case development
- Analyze data and generate insights for decision-making
- Prepare reports, presentations, and research documentation
- Maintain structured research repositories and contribute to strategy discussions
General Requirements (Applicable to All Tracks)
- Recent graduate or NYSC corps member (0–1 year of experience)
- BSc or HND in a relevant or related discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong interest in learning and professional growth
- Ability to handle tasks responsibly in a fast-paced environment
- Access to a functional laptop
Nice-to-Haves (Track-Dependent)
- Prior internship or volunteer experience in a related field
- Familiarity with relevant tools (HRIS, CRM, LMS, analytics, design, or research tools)
- Basic understanding of industry best practices
- Relevant certifications or coursework (e.g., CIPM, Data analytics)
