Program Overview
As part of our aggressive growth strategy, PalmPay is launching its Graduate Trainee Program to identify, develop, and retain high-potential young professionals.
This is a structured, fast-track development program designed to transform recent graduates into the next generation of fintech leaders. Participants will work on real-world business projects, receive professional mentorship, and gain cross-functional exposure across PalmPay’s operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Rotational Learning & Development

Cross-Functional Exposure: Rotate across key business units to understand PalmPay’s products, backend systems, and operational processes

On-the-Job Training: Participate in structured learning sessions alongside hands-on involvement in daily operations

Mentorship: Receive regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews from experienced leaders
2. Strategic Projects & Analysis

Data-Driven Insights: Support data analysis, market research, and reporting to inform business decisions

Process Innovation: Contribute to initiatives that improve operational efficiency and internal fintech processes

Project Execution: Take ownership of assigned individual and team projects, including product launches and marketing campaigns

Qualifications & Eligibility
Academic & Regulatory Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) from a recognized institution

Degree disciplines: Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields

NYSC completion is mandatory
Demographics & Location

Age: Not more than 27 years at the time of application

Experience: 0 – 2 years of post-NYSC work experience

Location: Must reside in Lagos, Nigeria
