Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical SEO & Search Everywhere Optimization Manager to lead our organic discoverability strategy across traditional search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms. This role ensures our brand is highly discoverable, accurately represented, and optimized for search engines, AI answers, and emerging discovery channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute technical SEO strategies for websites and landing pages

  • Optimize crawlability, indexation, site architecture, and structured data

  • Improve page speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile performance

  • Conduct technical SEO audits and collaborate with Engineering to implement fixes

  • Manage on-page SEO, including metadata, internal linking, and schema markup

  • Optimize content for AI-powered search and answer engines

  • Monitor organic traffic, AI-driven visibility, and overall search performance

  • Prepare and deliver monthly SEO and “Search Everywhere” performance reports

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in Technical SEO for high-traffic or dynamic websites

  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript SEO fundamentals

  • Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics

  • Proven experience with structured data and machine-readable content optimization

  • Excellent collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience in sports betting, gaming, or fintech industries

  • Understanding of AI search behavior and answer engines

  • Experience with geo or state-level SEO optimization
