The Vale Finance Sales Academy Programme is designed to identify and develop high-potential sales professionals with a strong interest in the financial services industry. Participants will receive hands-on training, practical exposure, and career development opportunities within a fast-growing finance company.

Programme Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum of Second Class Lower

  • B.Sc. or HND qualification (must have a proven sales record)

  • Must have completed NYSC

  • Not more than 27 years of age

  • Strong interest in sales and business development
